THE NEW SHOW!
So I'm doing this amazing 2 woman show with the fab Ms Ruby Wax called "live From The Priory" about Ruby's descent into depression and her life saving visit to the Priory. Here we are just about to do a performance to the patients there, as well as Doctors, outpatients, family members, and of course the public. What an incredible privilege...here's to touring every damn place in the world with it in support of awareness, support and overall mental well being through music and comedy!

Another session at Livingston, this time with the fabulous Danny Thompson, who was every bit as much fun and musically magnificent as I'd expected him to be on the tracks..whoppers Danny...

CHEESE SHOP KITTY
What's the biggest threat to cheese?
Mice.
So get a cheese-loving mouser..better still, get a kitty that sits on the Edam to oversee it's domain!

THE TRUTH ABOUT AMSTERDAM!
Seriously a remarkable and cultural city, this was the highlight of the whole trip..
a visit to the Concertgebouw..truly the greatest concert hall in the world.

LADY GAG GAG!
Back in New Orleans to mix the Livingston sessions, I got the added pleasure of making Harry's next comedy music video in my latest guise..Lady Gag Gag.
Here I am in full pompous mode.
Watch out for the video..updates on this site

NORFOLK CT
What a fab theater this is in the heart of Connecticut.
Wonderful people, amazing restaurant and beautiful acoustics
This was the first of three dates opening for the exquisite Shawn Colvin.
It was wonderful to see her again and shockingly, I was having such a good time i forgot to get a photo with her. Luckily I DID take a snap with the mascot bear outside the venue, who I renamed 'Anti-Smokey the Bear'. What a cutee.
Someone cleverly put a flag in it's paw, to distract fro the fact that it appears to be giving a Nazi salute from certain angles (perhaps the original Hitler youth bear?)
Just a joke Norfolk..your bear is a liberal, music loving bear through and through!

So the interior was just gorgeous and recently refurbished.
Honestly, if you have a chance to see something there you East Coasters, run don't walk.

NYC/THE BLUE NOTE
My first time at the blue Note and what a success it was.
But of course I forgot to take a photo of anything really meaningful, so instead took a picture of the hideously great (ironic) CRYING 'Hello Kitty' sculptures outside a bank in Manhattan!
Here's a seated sobber...(that's actual water spurting out of it's
eyes!)

FRANKENKITY
And here's the giant killer Kitty
This one was less about crying, more about destruction and world domination.

WHY I LOVE ART!
So a quick trip to the Metropolitan reminded my why seeing as much visual art as you can is just as important as doing it yourself...it's all so inspiring
What a funny, joyful, exquisite sculpture this is, by the king of brilliance on the edge of insanity himself..Salvidor Dali.
Makes me want to sing...
There ends another fab trip to New York
